Cloud Strategy Research is open-source AI investment research software for individual investors. It brings markets and funds, an AI research agent, notes, holdings and watchlists together in a local workspace.

The current product version is v1.0.0, centered on a desktop research workspace. The download center lists Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and HarmonyOS information. Installer availability depends on actual download links; mobile visuals illustrate an experience concept.

Yes. The download page provides source-code access options and configured official repository links. Contact Xiaofeng for details. Repository licenses govern source usage; third-party data and model services may charge separately.

The app covers A-share, Hong Kong and US market entry points and fund research. Market data currently uses built-in Local mode, prioritizing Eastmoney. Coverage and timing depend on upstream interfaces; quote time, NAV date and local cache are distinguished. Historical data is not live trading data.

Open-ended equity, mixed, bond, index and QDII funds show unit and cumulative net asset value (NAV) by disclosure date. ETF and LOF lists show exchange prices, while fund details explicitly label disclosed NAV. These measures stay separate, and missing fields remain empty.

You choose your question, notes and watchlist items, then preview the exact outgoing materials and recipient. The research agent supports multi-turn conversations stored encrypted locally; remote models receive the content you confirm. Applying notes and saving reports require explicit actions.

Monitoring requires the app to remain running, alerts to be enabled and valid fresh quotes to keep arriving. Network loss, market closure or closing the app can affect triggers. Open-ended fund NAV is not used as an intraday price alert. System notifications depend on device settings.

Notes, holdings, watchlists and conversations live in an encrypted local workspace with local import and export. Cache merging adds missing records while preserving existing records from the same source. Back up important materials regularly; the app does not rely on account-based cloud synchronization.

No. The app organizes information and supports investment research. It does not open brokerage accounts, hold funds or execute securities trades.

Data, indicators and AI output are research references that may be inaccurate or delayed. They are not securities investment advice or promises of returns. Users make investment decisions independently.
