Cloud Strategy Research serves individual investors on WeChat Mini Program, macOS and Windows. Desktop apps combine market and sector research, fund NAV, AI conversations and reports, holdings and watchlists. The Mini Program focuses on quotes, funds, watchlists and accounts. The software is free to use. Third-party AI configuration is an optional paid feature.

The current product cycle is v1.0.0. The supported platforms are WeChat Mini Program, macOS and Windows. Desktop users should check the actual installer, version and requirements; the Mini Program runs inside WeChat for markets, funds, watchlists and account features, not the full desktop feature set.

For macOS or Windows, check actual packages, versions, requirements and SHA256 in the download center. Open the Mini Program inside WeChat through its officially provided entry; no desktop installer is required. Cloud Strategy Research is free to download and use. Third-party AI configuration is an optional paid feature; you can continue using the free features without enabling it. The feature fee and any model usage fees charged by third-party providers are separate. Check the app and the relevant provider for activation details and fees. YunStrat AI and cloud reports remain subject to account authorization, service availability and quotas. The Mini Program provides its currently available features.

The macOS and Windows desktop apps offer A-share, Hong Kong, US and fund research. Desktop market data and Mini Program cloud data retain their own source dates, cache and coverage. Desktop local US directories include sectors and detailed industries, separate from Mini Program classifications and samples. Check source coverage, timing and availability; no complete exchange coverage or live subscription is promised. Collection time does not replace a trading date.

The desktop stock directory has an exchange-traded ETF entry for A-share ETF prices in CNY per unit and volume in units. Its OTC entry shows ETF feeder funds with disclosed NAV and dates, not intraday trading prices. Select a fund in Market & Research for NAV charts and historical NAV. Other fund categories include equity, mixed, bond, index, QDII and FOF. Mini Program funds follow their own directory, fields and sources.

Desktop AI uses input, watchlists and enabled skills according to the selected mode. Conversation history and enabled memory may contribute to context; signing in does not expose all local files. YunStrat AI starts through an action button; review materials in the relevant personal-model interface. Local and cloud conversations and skills are separate. Current research records center on conversations and cloud reports: the former Notes entry redirects to reports, while historical local records can still be backed up in Settings.

Current desktop monitoring uses cloud rules and does not require an open desktop window. Rules need account authorization and must be enabled. Execution depends on backend services, valid calendars, source quotes and selected channel settings. Stocks follow trading sessions; funds use disclosed NAV and dates. Rule triggers, provider acceptance and notification delivery are separate states, not promises of live data or immediate delivery.

Local research records, manual holdings and conversations follow local data controls, with research-record import/export in Settings. Personal-connection API Keys are encrypted; imported Codex auth.json content is stored locally in plaintext. Authorized watchlists sync automatically by default and can be disabled, without automatically uploading costs, historical notes or model credentials. Cloud conversations, skills, reports and monitoring are separate; local cleanup is not cloud deletion.

No. The app organizes information and supports investment research. It does not open brokerage accounts, hold funds or execute securities trades.

Quotes, indicators and AI output are research references that may be inaccurate or delayed. They are not securities investment advice or promises of returns. Users make investment decisions independently.

These AI paths belong to macOS and Windows desktop apps: the platform manages the default YunStrat AI model with account access and quotas, while local / personal models retain separate Ollama, BYOK or Codex settings. Third-party AI configuration is an optional paid feature. Check provider model usage fees separately, and confirm the recipient and data scope for each path. Mini Program support currently describes markets, funds, watchlists and accounts, not the desktop AI feature set.

The macOS and Windows desktop skill entry parses supported instructions and downloads text for preview; it does not run npx, shell commands or skill scripts. Confirmed new skills are disabled and grant no file, tool or trading permissions. Local and cloud skills remain separate; cloud temporary conversations do not use research skills. This is not a description of a Mini Program skill installer.

Desktop reports require your authorization, valid plans, account access, quota and an available service. Acceptance is not completion, and successful generation does not prove notification delivery. Eligible failed tasks may be retried after confirmation and may consume quota again. Stopping observation does not cancel a task. Results identify whether server AI was used or a basic data brief was generated without AI. Sharing an account does not give the Mini Program a desktop report interface.

Desktop breadth counts gains, losses, unchanged and unconfirmed records from the selected market, the same source snapshot and actual trading dates. Old dates, absent dates or missing changes remain unconfirmed. Full source snapshots, the top 10 gainers and the heatmap’s default top 20 sectors have separate scopes. US sectors and detailed industries retain distinct identities. Mini Program statistics use their own source and sample scope, not a combined desktop denominator.

On macOS and Windows, the software lock protects local access when protected system storage is available. Locking interrupts local activity and cloud-stream observation, while accepted cloud tasks may continue; cancel through the task controls when needed. This lock is not disk encryption, account deletion or a WeChat Mini Program login lock.

Public quotes follow current access rules; personal watchlists require sign-in and explicit authorization. It is not the full macOS / Windows client: use the desktop guide for personal models, credentials, local note import/export, AI skills and reports, and the software lock.
