1. Check installation details
Choose your system in the download center, use the actual package link and verify the version and system requirements. If SHA256 is provided, compare it with your downloaded file; download the file again if it differs.
For platform and installation questions, contact Xiaofeng at admin@yunstrat.com.
2. Set up your local workspace
Choose Chinese or English and light or dark appearance in settings. Notes, holdings, watchlists and conversations live in an encrypted local workspace. Use Ctrl/⌘ K for global search across instruments and features.
3. Explore stocks, indices and sectors
Market data uses built-in Local mode, prioritizing Eastmoney, rather than legacy source-switching options. Choose A-share, Hong Kong or US markets, browse by page or search by name or code. Related pages retain your market selection.
Check trading dates, sources, adjustment methods and cache status before reading charts. Alongside intraday views, candlesticks offer daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly periods, starting at 25 bars and zooming from 25 to 200, with full-screen views. Red indicates gains; green indicates losses.
Full-market synchronization starts explicitly. Its progress window can be dragged or collapsed without interrupting the work. During upstream failures, inspect the timestamp of saved same-source data; do not treat missing fields as zero.
4. Research fund NAV and exchange prices
In Fund Market, choose All, Equity, Mixed, Bond, Index, QDII, ETF or LOF. Search by name or code and save actual funds to your watchlist.
Open-ended funds show disclosed NAV and its date; ETF and LOF lists show exchange prices. Fund details include managers, fees, allocation, disclosed holdings, announcements and historical NAV curves. The historical curve uses the first unit NAV in the selected range and excludes dividend reinvestment.
5. Use the research agent and notes
In AI Configuration, manage providers and models and set defaults for assistant, briefing and analysis tasks. Remote services require your own key; local Ollama requires a running service and prepared models. Saving configuration does not generate content.
Ask a question in the research agent and select stocks, funds, watchlist items or relevant notes. Review the actual recipient and full outgoing materials before confirming a model call. Search, pin, rename or delete conversations; stop streaming responses when needed.
Verify the output before replacing or appending a note or explicitly saving a briefing or analysis report. Email and WeChat preferences are local settings, not evidence that a report was sent.
6. Manage watchlists, holdings and quote alerts
Use real instrument search for watchlists and manually recorded holdings, then preserve your reasoning in notes. Price rules apply to eligible instruments with valid exchange quotes; open-ended fund NAV is not an intraday quote trigger.
Monitoring requires the app to remain running, alerts to be enabled, fresh quotes to arrive continuously and system notifications to be allowed. Closing the app, network loss or quote interruptions affect monitoring; it is not a continuously hosted service.
7. Back up and review
Use local import and export for important materials. Cache merging adds missing records without replacing existing same-source entries. Back up personal research before clearing data.
Troubleshooting
For market issues, check the network, source status and data timestamps. For model issues, check service addresses, running state and account access. See the FAQ and contact details.
